Admin Tool: Enrolment
Individual Enrolment
1.Select Enrolment > Enrol/unenrol from the main menu
2.Select Enrol users from the Action dropdown menu
3.Select the user role from the dropdown
- Default – Staff/Student
- Staff as non-editing
- Staff as student
- Assistant
- Non-editing assistant
4.Type in the username or studentID of the user you want to enrol
5.Click the Submit button
Bulk Enrolment
To batch enrol users from a course(s):
- Create a .csv with the following columns: USERNAME | COURSEID | ROLE
- The ROLE must be either STUDENT or STAFF
- Please make sure that there are no spaces or strange symbols/characters within the data being submitted. Usernames must be correct for this to work, please check the data thoroughly before submitting

- Browse to upload the file and click the Submit button
