Take action to prevent loss of data from MyBlog and Workflow

What is happening?  

Myblog and Workflow are set to undergo annual maintenance with a data clean-up to ensure both systems are running smoothly.

If I use myblog…

Do I need to do anything? 

If you have updated all the blogs (you wish to retain) after 1 September 2021, you do not need to take any action. 

If you have not and you need to keep a blog, just make a simple content edit and save. This could be adding a bit of text to a page or post. You should repeat this process on all blogs you need to keep. 

Log in to myblog. 

If I use Workflow…

Do I need to do anything?

If you have logged in to Workflow for any reason since 1 September 2021, you do not need to take any action.

If you need to keep your Workflow account and content that you have not accessed since before 1 September 2021, you just need to log in.

Log in to Workflow.

Is there a deadline? 

We are planning to start the deletion on Workflow and MyBlog from Monday 20 January.

Will I be able to restore my data? 

Due to the amount of data that is to be deleted, it will not be possible to restore data once it is removed from myblog and Workflow.
